Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your BALLESTRIN and wear it at all times.  

However, in case you are not satisfied with it, we are here to help you.  You can contact us at info@ballestrin.com.br, and kindly let us know why you are sending your BALLESTRIN back.   You would need to send the product back in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days from receiving your order.  
Please provide tracking code, if the parcel doesn’t reach us, we cannot process  the refund or exchange.
We charge an admin flat fee of £15 for returns and refunds.

  • Refunds: We do not refund postage costs. Payment provider may charge a further 3% transaction fee. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement.  
  • Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your product and we will use the admin fee to cover shipping costs. If the amount spent is greater than the new product chosen, we will issue a voucher with a difference.
